铆接技术标准

  • 径向铆接
    所有 BalTec 铆接机都标配工具架和压力杯。 刀具长度 (Ls) 和刀柄半径 (Rp) 取决于所需的自由高度 (H)。

    图例径向铆接头：
    1 = 工具架
    2 = 压力杯
    3 = 铆接工具

  • 轨道铆接
    自由高度 (H) 和工具长度 (Ls) 由 轨道铆接 头的两个不同可用倾斜角度（3° 或 5°）决定。

    图例轨道铆接头：
    1 = 工具架
    2 = 轨道头外壳
    3 = 铆接工具
